We at Olive Oil Ministries believe:
That the Word of God reveals that Jesus Christ is the Messiah of Israel.
That Jesus and the Father are one.
That Yeshua /Jesus was divine and the perfect image of the Father on the earth.
That He chose Israel to be the stewards of His word, the reflection of His ways and the administrators of His instructions. His intent and purposes have not changed.
We also contend that Christians were originally part of Israel and Hebraic in their expression of worship and daily walk and that the Lord is returning both His people “Christians” (non-Jewish Israel) and Judah (Jewish Israel) to His ways revealed in the Word of God.
That they will be united into one Bride called Israel.
God’s Word
That the Bible is the inspired, authoritative, living, eternally-reliable Word of God and is without error in its original Hebrew script.
All Scripture is inspired by God, and are instructions for righteousness and are true.
God’s law (Torah) is His instructions for those who would choose to follow Him.
There is no separation or change in the Lord’s purposes between the Old and New Testaments.
The Word of God is the best source to interpret the Word of God over denominations and schools of theology.
That Yeshua Jesus did not change or alter the Word of God or it’s meaning at any time. He did however bring the perfect and correct interpretation to it.
We believe the Word of God and it’s instructions are for today and never changed. That they are beneficial and “the Sign” of those who are called to be His Bride.
The Human Condition
We believe that the Father chose the nation and people of Israel to bear His image and execute His purposes in the earth. That believers today were once part of Israel but were removed from His tree and grafted back in through the offering of Yeshua on the stake. (Eph. 2)
That through a series of events Israel was divided into two houses. That Christians are symbolically and spiritually the “House of Israel” otherwise known as the Northern Kingdom or Ephraim.
That Judah is the “House of Judah” ( Ez 34-37)
That Israel is still His people and the land is their inheritance.
That He is waking up Christians today to complete their journey and spiritually return to Israel with Judah, also to the land that He will rule and reign over when He returns.
Replacement Theology
We believe that “Replacement Theology” is not biblical and an anti Semitic doctrine established from the days of Constantine and is sadly the foundation of most Christendom today. We choose to help expose it’s dangerous trappings.
The Walk
That sin is defined as breaking the instructions of God.
Sin infected and affected all of creation as it was subjected to the curse at the fall of Adam and Eve.
That sin’s effect is the curse of death, also known as the law of sin and death.
Yeshua’s perfect offering is the only means of salvation from the law of sin and death.
That salvation is by grace alone through faith in Yeshua’s offering.
That work of the Holy Spirit prompts the inward transformation and healing of our heart leading to a deeper walk and reflection of the Lord.
That faith without works is dead
That His people are obedient to His Word because of salvation, not to earn salvation.
We believe the water Mikveh is necessary as an obedient response to the instruction of Jesus. Also known as Baptism, it is a sign of repentance for those who come to follow the Lord.
We believe in the indwelling baptism of the Holy Spirit.
That the evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit is one’s response to God’s word, a Christ-like walk revealing His character.
That the manifestation of the gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit are for today.
That the Lord designed the family as the foundational institution of human society. That marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime.
